Invoices will be created, or a link will be provided, through Stripe Payments are due within 14 days of receipt, or on the day of receiving the proposal, whichever comes first. Unpaid invoices incur a 10% surcharge for every 7 days late.
Automatic withdrawal is available at client discretion for long-term contracts
Credit card authorization forms, signed and held securely through Travefy or through FORA Travel’s Vault system, will be kept for payments related to client travel Credit cards will only be used for client expenses and permission will be received before every purchase
All receipts will be properly kept track of, forwarded to the card holder, and filed appropriately for future reference
Emails, texts, and technology pings may be sent at any time of day or night. Please allow up to 24 hours for replies during weekdays and 48 hours on weekends (unless otherwise noted or if there is an emergency)
Emergencies include but are not limited to: canceled/ seriously delayed/ rerouted fights, accommodation check-in mishaps, transportation mishaps, or other travel-related issues that can not be solved quickly or easily by the client.
Emergencies may be handled by phone calls or texts, initiated by either party.

50% of planning service fee is due up front and is non-refundable.
If you must cancel your trip before any bookings take place, you may not be liable for the remaining 50% fee. Please contact me as soon as possible about a trip cancelation. Case by case basis’ may be considered.
The sites Bailey uses for researching and booking travel are professional preferences learned through years of experience, though directly influenced by client’s needs Booking sites used may or may not offer commissions to travel agents, usually at no additional cost.
Keep in mind that Bailey is able to offer discounts or even free serviced due to receiving commission from some bookings.
